Why is the address lookup on DC Thomson Shop and Beano Shop not working?

We’re aware of an issue affecting the address lookup function on the DC Thomson Shop and Beano Shop checkouts. If entering a postcode doesn’t return results, start typing the first line of the address instead and the lookup should generate matching addresses.
