Can I change my subscription details? 

How to update your details depends on the type of subscription you have. For example, a print magazine subscription, a digital magazine subscription, or a subscription to one of our digital news products like The Courier or The Press and Journal.

How to update details for a print magazine subscription, excluding Puzzler

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address at any time by following these steps:

1. Log into Manage My Subscription. You will need your customer number, surname and postcode.
2. Select "Change My Details" 
3. You can amend the billing/shipping address, your email address and phone number.

Please allow 7 days for any amendments to take effect.

If you do not have a registered email address or if there are any other issues with logging in to Manage My Subscription then please contact us. 

How to update details for a Puzzler subscription

1. Log in to your account. If you are on a mobile device this is the head and shoulders symbol .
2. Under My Account you can amend your details under the following tabs:
   
   1. "My Profile" - your name for orders 
   2. "Change Password" - password
   3. "Change Email" - email address for your account 
   4. "Address Book" -  delivery/billing address for orders (this will not update your subscription delivery address).
   5. 'Subscriptions" - subscription delivery address 

How to update details for a digital subscription to The Courier, The Press and Journal, The Sunday Post, Evening Express or Evening Telegraph

1. Log in to My Account
2. Under Manage Account you can amend your details under the following tabs :
   
   1. Manage subscriptions - upgrade, turn off auto-renewal.
   2. Payment methods - add or remove payment methods
   3. Profile - your display name, date of birth, first and last name and password
