How do I cancel my digital newspaper subscription?

You can cancel your digital newspaper subscription at any time by disabling automatic renewal in your online account.

Once you’re logged in, go to "My Account". If you’re on a mobile device tap the three lines at the top left of the site to access the menu and select "My Account".

From there choose "Manage Account". Under the "Manage Subscriptions" tab you’ll see your active subscriptions. Beside each subscription you’ll find the option to turn off automatic renewal.

When automatic renewal is disabled no further payments will be taken and your subscription will continue until the end of your current paid period.

You cannot cancel a digital subscription in our app, it must be done via an internet browser.
