This article refers to physical newspaper subscriptions taken out via the DC Thomson Shop which arrive after the day of print. If your newspaper is delivered on the day of print via our home news delivery team please find their contact details here.
For physical newspaper subscriptions:
To renew your subscription online, go to:
You will need your customer number and surname or postcode.
You can find your customer number on your welcome letter or email that we sent confirming the start date of the subscription. Your customer number can also be found on the address label on each magazine that we post to you and any renewal reminder notifications that we may have sent you.
Once logged in, click the renew button from the left hand menu and choose how long you would like to renew for and how you would like to pay.
If you have received a renewal letter with an offer code, there’s no need to enter this code online – you will see the price offered when you click renew.
For digital newspaper subscriptions:
Your digital subscription is continuous until such time as you choose to cancel it so does not require you to renew it.
If you wish to upgrade your digital subscription you can do so via the Manage subscriptions tab. There will be a blue 'UPGRADE' button next to your subscription, click this and you will be shown all upgrade options available to you. Upgraded access begins immediately.
