To renew your subscription online, go to:
You will need your customer number and surname or postcode.
You can find your customer number on your welcome letter or email that we sent confirming the start date of the subscription. Your customer number can also be found on the address label on each magazine that we post to you and any renewal reminder notifications that we may have sent you.
Once logged in, click the renew button from the left hand menu and choose how long you would like to renew for and how you would like to pay.
If you have received a renewal letter with an offer code, there’s no need to enter this code online – you will see the price offered when you click renew.
For Puzzler subscriptions
To renew your subscription online, log in to your account:
Click the green "Renew" button at the top of the page or navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.
Find the subscription you’d like to renew and select "View" > "Renew".
On the following page, you’ll see the option to enter a promotion code, your current renewal promotion code will be displayed automatically. Choose your preferred renewal option and complete payment.
