How do I return something?

To return a product, securely package your parcel and include your name, address, and any returns slip provided. Then send the parcel to the address below:

We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/dispatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us, except in the case of an incorrect product being sent or a product arriving damaged. In the instance of a product being incorrect or damaged please contact our customer experience team for assistance.
