How do I update my card details for my digital news subscription?

To update your card details, please ensure you are logged in. Once logged in, you’ll find “My Account” at the top right of the homepage. On mobile devices, tap the three lines in the top left corner to access the menu, then select “My Account” from the top right. If you’re not logged in, you’ll see the “Log In” option.

Click or tap on “My Account” and select “Manage Account.” On the manage account page, navigate to the “Payment Methods” tab.

If you only need to update your card’s expiry date because your bank has issued a new card with the same details, simply click the pencil icon next to your current card information to edit it.

To add a new payment method, select the “Add payment method” icon at the top and follow the on-screen instructions. Remember to set your new payment method as the default for your subscription to ensure future payments are processed correctly.

To remove a payment method, just click on the bin icon next to the card you want to delete.
