How long does it take for an address or name change to take effect?

Name and address changes can take up to 48 hours to show on your online account, however, as our publications and their envelopes / carrier sheets are printed in advance it can take up to five weeks for an address change to take effect. 

If you update your information through Manage My Account on the DC Thomson Shop or Beano Shop, the system will display the issue from which your new details will be applied.
