What should I do if I notice an error in one of your publications?
We have a number of publications and websites. Despite rigorous editorial processes small typographic errors in articles or puzzles can occur.
What if there is a typographic or grammatical error?
We appreciate our readers' attention to detail, but it is not always necessary to contact us about a typographic or grammatical error in print. We can't retrospectively make amendments.
What if there is an error in a puzzle?
Please do contact the customer experience team regarding any errors in puzzles. We understand how frustrating these can be.
On the rare occasion an error appears in a puzzle, we appreciate knowing so that we can investigate and provide clarification to readers if necessary.
What if I have a complaint about published content?
Complaints about published content should be addressed to the editor of the relevant publication.
