What should I do if the latest copy of my magazine hasn't arrived?
If your subscription issue of a magazine or comic has not arrived, we're here to help.
Important: In all instances UK subscribers should wait until three days after the on sale date to report a missing issue. International subscribers should wait 28 days.

Comic and magazine subscribers, excluding Puzzler subscribers, will also find on sale dates in their online account.
We also ask that you allow for any potential delays from your local postal service, such as public holidays, before reporting a missing issue.
Recipients in the UK
For recipients in the UK, we can arrange a subscription extension to make up for the missing copy.
Magazine and comic subscribers, excluding Puzzler subscribers
You can view your delivery details and report a missing magazine or comic to trigger a subscription extension in your online account:
Simply select "Missed a Magazine" from the left-hand menu to notify us of any delivery issues.
An extension to a subscription paid by Direct Debit or recurring card payment will mean a change to your payment date. You will receive a communication to confirm your payment date has moved to a later date. For example, if you normally pay every 5 issues, your payment date will change so that your previous payment covered 6 issues.
Puzzler subscribers
Contact us to report a missing issue and we will arrange a subscription extension.
Recipients outside the UK
Magazine and comic subscribers, excluding Puzzler subscribers
For recipients outside the UK, we can arrange digital access for the missing copy.

Puzzler subscribers
Contact us to report a missing issue and we will arrange a subscription extension to make up for the missing copy.
