When will I receive my free gift?

Occasionally we might offer a free gift as part of a subscription deal, dispatched after payment is processed.

If you have opted for a subscription offer that includes a free gift then we will dispatch your gift as soon as we have processed your payment. 

Your gift will arrive separately from your magazine subscription. 

Gifts with limited availability will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. On occasions where demand exceeds supply, we will always do our best to offer an alternative product to avoid disappointment. 

Unless specified otherwise in the subscription description free gifts will be sent to the payee.

If you have not received your gift within 28 days of placing your order please contact us.
