When will my order arrive?

Most non-subscription products ordered for UK delivery will arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

You will receive an email confirmation on completion of your online order.

Your order confirmation will tell you:

your order number
your billing and shipping information
the items ordered
the total paid

Where overseas delivery is available the expected delivery time is 28 days.

Certain products can have a delivery time of up to 28 days, which is noted in their description on the product page.

Pre-order products will be dispatched at the date given in the product description.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or if you have waited longer than advised for a delivery please contact our customer experience team.
