Your customer number or subscription reference will begin with a 4.
Your customer number (or subscription reference if you are the recipient of the subscription) is also printed on the envelope of the magazines you receive.
It is also included on renewal reminders and other service communications.
What if I can't find my number?
Important: The following information applies to all magazine and comic subscriptions, but not Puzzler subscriptions.
If you cannot locate your customer number and you have an email address registered with your subscription then you can click on "Forgotten my details" to be sent your customer number by email when logging in to manage your subscription:
