Which address will my free gift be sent to?

When you place an order online, any free gift will generally be sent to the recipient of a gift subscription or to the billing address for select orders.

There are exceptions to this though, for example in the run up to Christmas when free gifts may be sent to the person who paid for the subscription to facilitate Christmas gifting. Please refer to your chosen subscription product page for relevant gift information at the time of purchase.

If the shipping, billing and recipient details are the same, the gift will arrive at that address.

When orders are placed over the phone you can specify whether the welcome gift is sent to the gift recipient or to the bill payer.
