Which terms and conditions apply to my purchase?

If you have purchased a subscription and you pay by recurring card payment or Direct Debit, the subscription terms and conditions apply. These subscriptions continue until cancelled.

If you have purchased a prepay subscription (prepay bundle), the terms and conditions for the supply of products apply. These subscriptions end if you don’t renew at the end of the period you have paid for.

If you have purchased a non-subscription product, for example a book or an annual, from the DC Thomson Shop, the Beano Shop or Puzzler.com the terms and conditions for the supply of products apply.

If you purchased a book or annual from another retailer please refer to the retailer's own terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions that apply to corporate subscriptions, Findmypast products and Home News Delivery services are different. This help resource does not cover these services.
