Why can't I buy a new print subscription or renew an existing print subscription for delivery to Europe?

We have temporarily made print subscriptions for delivery to Europe unavailable while we assess the impact of a €3 customs duty on items sent to recipients in the EU starting from July 2026.

Print subscriptions for delivery to the UK and the rest of the world remain available.

Digital subscriptions for magazine titles including Beano, The People's Friend and others remain available and you can find out how to purchase these from the Beano Shop and DC Thomson Shop (visit the product page for the magazine you are interested in and select "Digital").

If you are interested in a Puzzler title we provide the Puzzler app for Apple devices, available from the App Store.

We aim to complete our assessment of the impact of these duties as soon as possible, but we can't yet indicate when new or renewed subscriptions with delivery addresses in Europe might be available again.
