Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email or see a completed payment for my website order?
Due to a system error some orders placed on our Beano and DC Thomson Shop websites between 16th-24th of February have not reached us, even when a confirmation screen was shown at the checkout.
If you placed an order between these dates and did not receive a confirmation email or see a completed payment on your card please Contact Us so that we can check if your order has been affected.
You may have noticed an initial payment pending on your card, this would not be considered a completed payment.
This issue only affects payments made by card. Direct Debit orders are not impacted.
