Why haven't I received email confirmation of my order?
This is an emerging and temporary issue our technical team is actively investigating.
Some customers with Hotmail, Live or Outlook email addresses have reported not receiving order confirmations when they transact on the Beano Shop.
Please allow up to one hour for the order confirmation email to come through, and check your junk email folder.
If you completed a transaction successfully and have not received an email order confirmation within one hour please contact our customer experience team so we can send you confirmation manually.
If you have ordered a magazine subscription and your transaction was successful you will receive confirmation by post within 10 working days even if you take no action now.
