Why isn't my card transaction going through on Puzzler.com?

This is a temporary and emerging issue our team is actively investigating.

Some customers report problems with card payments on Puzzler.com, where they encounter a message titled "Payment Application Error" that reads:

There has been a technical problem while attempting to process your payment. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

No payment has been taken at this point. Please use the Back button in your browser to try again.

This only impacts a very small number of transactions.

If you cannot successfully complete your card transaction online please contact our customer experience team who can help you complete your transaction over the phone.
