Why isn't my PayPal transaction on the Beano Shop going through?
A small number of customers report not being able to pay by PayPal when transacting on the Beano Shop.
The issue only impacts customers seeking to purchase products with a separate postage fee.
It does not impact customers seeking to purchase subscriptions or products without a postage fee as long as there isn't a product in the basket with a postage fee.
If you cannot successfully complete your transaction online please contact our customer experience team who can help you complete your transaction (by card) over the phone.
