How do I manage my print magazine subscription online?
To log in to manage your subscription for magazines including Beano and The People's Friend, you will need your customer number or a subscription reference, and either your surname or postcode.

In the Manage My Subscription interface you can access your subscription details, including customer number, subscription reference, the subscription status, billing and recipient details, the last issue dispatched, the next issue due, the expiry issue of the current subscription term, the renewal deadline and the most recent payment method.
You can change your details, renew, report a missing magazine and view the on-sale date of the subscription title.
For Puzzler subscriptions
Log in to your Puzzler account:
When visiting the Puzzler website you can select "Login" from the top navigation. If you are on a mobile device this is the head and shoulders symbol.
If your subscription is not registered to your online account you can do so here, you will need your subscription reference, the magazine title and your surname.
Once logged in, under "My Account" you can select:
- "My Profile" - edit your name for orders
- "Change Password" - change password
- "Change Email" - update email address for your account
- "Address Book" - change delivery or billing address for orders (this will not update your subscription delivery address)
- "Subscriptions" - update subscription delivery address
